THE FORM
The All-Season is a men's cap-toe Oxford with closed lacing and an elongated toe. Genuine leather frames the shoe at the toe cap, the lacing and the heel, and a woven check fills the panels between them. The result reads as tailoring rather than footwear: a shoe that answers the cloth of a suit instead of competing with it.
THE MATERIAL
The leather has a smooth, polished finish, in black or in a deep blue that darkens towards the toe. The woven panels carry a grey check with a fine overcheck, the kind of pattern found in suiting. Together they give the shoe texture from a distance and clean lines up close.
THE DETAIL
The toe cap and the lacing panel are leather, so the parts that take the most wear are the hardest wearing. The lacing is closed and set in a leather panel. The rubber sole grips polished floors and wet pavements and keeps the shoe quiet underfoot, and a low block heel keeps the stance level.
THE FIT
Most customers take their usual European size. Between sizes, take the lower for a snug instep and the higher for a wider foot. The All-Season comes in European sizes 38 to 50, one of the widest ranges in the shop, and we answer sizing questions on WhatsApp before you order.
THE OCCASION

CARE
Brush the woven panels with a soft clothes brush and spot-clean marks with a damp cloth. Polish the leather toe and heel with a cream of the same colour, and keep shoe trees in them between wears.
