THE FORM
The Gentleman's Prestige is a men's lace-up dress shoe with a long, chiselled toe and a quiet contrast at its centre. A suede panel runs down the vamp, framed on every side by leather with a printed crocodile finish. Among men's suede and croc-print dress shoes, it is the sharper and more formal choice, cut for tailoring.
THE MATERIAL
The upper is genuine leather. The suede panel is soft and matte, and it holds the colour a shade deeper than the polished, croc-print frame around it. The print gives depth and catches the light at the toe and quarters, while the suede keeps the centre of the shoe calm.
THE DETAIL
The lacing sits on the suede, so the line from the toe to the throat stays unbroken. The rubber sole grips polished floors and wet pavements and keeps the shoe quiet underfoot, and a low block heel keeps the stance level. The shoe comes in a wide range of colours, from black and dark brown to baby blue and cream.
THE FIT
